1. Who we are

PBN (pbn.nativemind.net) is a service operated by NativeMind, Thailand ("we"). These terms govern your use of the PBN web app, API, MCP server and operator services.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate information, keep your credentials secret and be at least 18. You are responsible for everything done through your account, its workspaces, API keys and connected apps.

3. Plans, billing and trials

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year through Stripe until you cancel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. The Pro trial lasts 14 days, needs no card and ends on the free Explorer plan.

Plan limits (projects, sites, daily usage) are shown on the pricing page and in the app. Prices may change with 30 days' notice for the next billing period.

Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Operator services are priced in a quote; the fee is fixed when you accept it.

4. No ranking guarantee

Search results depend on search engines that we do not control. Rankings usually take 3–6 months and are never guaranteed. Private networks carry a risk of penalties; the risk guard and operators reduce it but cannot remove it. You decide which changes to make.

5. Acceptable use

You must comply with the law and with the terms of search engines, registrars, hosting providers and ad platforms you use. Do not publish illegal, deceptive or harmful content, malware or spam, do not infringe others' rights, and do not attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

You are responsible for the domains, sites, content and links you create or publish with PBN.

6. Your data

Your workspace data belongs to you. You give us the licence needed to store and process it to run the service for you. Data fetched with your own provider keys stays in your workspace and is never shared. We may use aggregated, anonymised statistics built from at least 20 workspaces; you can opt out in the app.

7. Third-party services

PBN relies on processors and providers: hosting and network services, Cloudflare (network and email), Stripe (payments), the dropexpired service (domain data) and AI model providers for agent features. Their availability is outside our control.

8. The AI agent and domain orders

The agent's answers, plans and drafts are generated by AI models and can be wrong or incomplete; check them before you act. The agent does not spend money or publish anything without your confirmation, except purchases within an automatic limit you set yourself for a project.

Domain prices come from the dropexpired service. Domain orders go through your own dropexpired account and your own registrar accounts: the purchase is a contract between you and the registrar or marketplace, which charges you directly. PBN is not a party to it and does not receive the payment.

The guest try-out lets you use the agent for a few requests without an account. It is offered as is and may be limited or switched off at any time.

9. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or ranking changes, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or others at risk. You can delete your account at any time in the app; deletion completes after 30 days.

11. Changes and law

We will notify you of material changes to these terms. Thai law governs these terms. Contact us through the address published on nativemind.net.
